COSTUME WARDROBE TRAINING SKILLS

Provides exclusive and intensive tailor made masterclasses where the students will gain comprehensive knowledge and skills, alongside a personal insight into what will be expected from them whilst working in the Entertainment Industry.

The best way to understand how the industry operates and the pressures that come with being a freelancer is to learn from a tutor with extensive professional experience of working in film, television and theatre.

There are also advanced courses for those who wish to progress within the profession.

Masterclasses for industry professionals wishing to progress further within costume and wardrobe departments. Lezli Everitt has over 25 years experience as a designer, supervisor, tailor and costume maker in theatre, television and film.

As one of the Skillset 100 Industry advisors and assessors, a BECTU union learning advisor and member of the training committee, she is committed to passing on the skills and techniques needed by the next generation of professionals. Lezli teaches costume and wardrobe masterclasses to graduates and new entrants to the industry. Some of the subjects these courses include are:

BECTU’s training

Lezli works closely with the entertainment industry trade union BECTU, helping to provide training services to it’s 27,000 members.
